Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at info@signsupermarket.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send your item back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at info@signsupermarket.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
