🚚 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
For custom or made-to-order items (such as personalized signs), please allow 5-7 business days for production time before shipping.
📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are a flat rate of $21.90 for any destination within Canada.

📦 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
🚫 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
